Mẫu giấy phép đăng ký kinh doanh bằng tiếng anh
1. Giấy phép đăng ký kinh doanh là gì?
Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh là một văn bản pháp lý do cơ quan đăng ký kinh doanh cấp cho doanh nghiệp. Giấy chứng nhận doanh nghiệp thường do Phòng Đăng ký kinh doanh trực thuộc Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư tỉnh/ thành phố nơi doanh nghiệp đặt trụ sở cấp. Trong đó có ghi lại những thông tin cơ bản về việc đăng ký doanh nghiệp như:
+ Tên công ty
+ Địa chỉ trụ sở chính
+ Vốn điều lệ
+ Thông tin về chủ sở hữu
+ Người đại diện theo pháp luật
+ Các nhóm ngành nghề kinh doanh
Ngoài tên gọi giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp thì văn bản này cũng có nhiều tên gọi khác như giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh, giấy phép kinh doanh. Mỗi tên gọi sẽ có một cách dịch khác nhau. Ngoài ra cũng có một số giấy tờ khác thường đi kèm với giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp như bên dưới:
+ Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh (Business Registration Certificate): Trước đó Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh được sử dụng cho đến khi Nghị định 43/2010/NĐ-CP đã thống nhất đổi tên từ “đăng ký kinh doanh” thành “đăng ký doanh nghiệp”. Về giá trị pháp lý hai Giấy chứng nhận này là như nhau.
+ Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký hoạt động (Operation Registration Certifficate): biểu mẫu chứng nhận đăng ký hoạt động của văn phòng.
+ Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư (Investment Certificates): giấy chứng nhận đầu tư dành cho các cá nhân và tổ chức nước ngoài xin cấp phép để được đầu tư hợp pháp tại Việt Nam.
Nếu doanh nghiệp cần giao dịch với các đối tác nước ngoài hoặc nộp đơn cho Lãnh sự quán, Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp cần được dịch sang tiếng Anh hoặc các ngôn ngữ phù hợp. Đây là một trong số những giấy tờ có nhu cầu dịch nhiều nhất và đòi hỏi các thông tin phải được dịch thật chính xác.
